TGIF..........

Yeah, it is Friday and a 3-day weekend, WAHOO!!!

We are going to the coast for the weekend, after Drake is done with football practice. The weather does not look that promising, but who cares, it is camping and not baseball or football and not at home.

Can't believe it is time for back to school. The boys both start on Wednesday, where or where did the summer go......

Nothing exciting to post about. Drake has survived 2 weeks of practice, the last week was full pads and next week starts full contact. He is a little timid hitting, he doesn't want to hurt anyone, but I think he will get over that!!

They both played in the baseball game last sunday, in the rain and then in the dark. We won, 12-2 or something like that. One inning, Drake was in left field, Gunner was at 2nd. Drake caught a pop fly, threw the ball to 2nd (there was a runner there that did not tag up) and the kid was out on 2nd. The Harrison boys turned a double play! Proud mommy moment! Then the next batter, the catcher (not Drake, he was still in left field), threw the ball to 2nd and Gunner tagged the runner tryingt to steal! YEAH!! I guess that was the highlight of the week.

AHHHHH......lazy days.....

Wow, it has been a lazy weekend. This is the first weekend since, ummm, hmmm, I think the first of April that we have not HAD to do something (well, we do have a baseball game at 6:00 P.M. in Oregon City), but we had all day Saturday and most of of Sunday. What did I do.......ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! (and my house shows it! anyone want to come clean it!). But it was nice to not have to run off somewhere and be on a time frame.

This week is the last week before the boys start school (YEAH!), Drake has football practice and they are in full gear, but no contact. Not much else happening. We are going to the Coast next weekend for a long, hopefully lazy, weekend.

Well, I suppose it is time to head for the shower......

The Boys are home.....

Well, it was a very quick 3 weeks, but the boys are home again and it was like they were never gone. They had a great trip, saw and did lots of things. As soon as I receive pics, I will post some here.

Now that they are home, it is time to start getting ready for school (UGH!-need to go buy school supplies and I am dreading that for some reason) and time for sports again. They are both playing fall baseball and had our first game Sunday at West Linn, we won 12-3, both are the same team, but Drake won't make all the games.....

Mom caved and Drake is playing Pop Warner Football (can't believe I said yes!!!) First practice was last night, in the rain hehe, so football games trump baseball games. This oughta be fun, because I believe the football games are on Sunday (as well as Fall Ball).

Well, atleast this will give me something to talk about..........I will post pictures of Twig Boy in his full uniform at a later date. Of course I will also post scores and highlights, stay tuned, it will be a busy fall at the Harrison's!

A 4 day weekend, no kids, I think it is a good time to go camping and fishing!!! Have a great weekend!

Now what do I do.......

The boys have been gone a little over a week, still have almost 2 weeks before they come home. Whatever do I do with my time!! Since they are not here, I have nothing to talk about :D. But I my house is staying clean and boy, I don't have near the laundry as when they are home!!!!
